The opening of the Fair started with a beautiful concert of traditional dances, songs and carols, the special guest was well known and appreciated singer Geta Burlacu. Entertaining program, various cuisines of different nations and the winning lottery were part of the rich agenda proposed by the organizers. Traditionally at the Fair were the representatives of international institutions and embassies of different countries, residing in Chisinau – USA, Romania, Ukraine, Turkey, China, Bulgaria, Hungary, Belarus and others, in total over 40 institutions.
Visitors have tasted the food offered by the representatives of different countries; they could buy souvenirs of different and unusual shapes and taste exotic food. Handicraft products, jewelry – beads, items handmade and hand-knitted, colorful handkerchiefs were presented and offered with great kindness by the Hungarian Embassy. Fast-food lovers could taste at the USA Embassy the most appetizing hot-dogs. Many books and CDs about the culture of their countries presented by the Turkey and China Embassies. Natural cosmetics and other valuable things were offered by the representatives of Belarus Embassy. Of course there were present the Christmas masks, deers and fairies, and the beautiful Christmas tree.
We can help people in need, says Maria Moser, the wife of the USA Ambassador in Moldova.
And this is a great thing, because the visitors through their contribution have the possibility to show their solidarity with the children in need, said Ana Maria Luft.
As every year with special things participated at the Charity Fair the representatives of the Charity Center for Refugees (CCR). Mr. Djavid Paknehad, project coordinator, told us that the Fair is a great way to collect not just donations, but also smiles and good mood on the faces of those present here, which gives a status of friends and friendships to the celebration. We participate every year t o this manifestation and we offer with pleasure the money gathered to organizers, which in turn, finances various projects of medical and social assistance in Moldova.
Here we present and sell, at low prices, different objects – beautiful paintings of children in primary classes, ceramics made by children from refugees family in Moldova, jewelries made from elephant bones brought from Africa, Egyptian figurines, baskets from crocodile leather, illustrations on papyrus and cottons sheets am many other things.
This event unites the communities in an atmosphere of celebration, were everyone can make good things and offer a warm smile. Note that in fifteen years from the first organization of the Fair were gathered about 200 thousand dollars.

Clubul Internațional al Femeilor din Republica Moldova a organizat, la 3 decembrie, a XV-a ediţie aIarmarocului Caritabil de Iarnă. Această frumoasă iniţiativă, transformată, în timp, într-o tradiţie, aparţine soţiilor diplomaţilor acreditaţi în R.Moldova.

Deschiderea Iarmarocului a început cu un frumos concert de dansuri şi cîntece tradiţionale, colinde, iar invitata specială a fost cunoscuta şi apreciata interpretă Geta Burlacu. Programul de divertisment, bucătăriile diferitor popoare şi tombola cîştigătoare au făcut parte din bogata agendă propusă de organizatori. Tradiţioal, la Iarmaroc participă reprezentanţii instituţiilor internaţionale şi ai ambasadelor din diferite ţări, cu reşedinţa la Chişinău – SUA, România, Ucraina, Turcia, China, Bulgaria, Ungaria, Belarus ş.a., în total peste 40 de instituţii.
Vizitatorii au gustat din bucatele propuse de originari, putînd cumpăra suvenire alese, de cele mai neobişnuite forme şi gustînd din bucatele exotice ale diferitorțări.
Produse din artizanat, bijuterii - mărgele, obiecte confecționate sau împletite manual, batiste frumos colorate au fost prezentate şi oferite cu multă amabilitate de către Ambasada Ungară.
Iubitorii de fast-food au putut gusta la Ambasada SUA cele mai apetisante hot-dog-uri. Multe cărți şi discuri despre cultura țării lor au prezentat cei de la ambasadele Turciei şi Chinei. Cosmetică naturală şi alte lucruri valoroase ne-au oferit reprezentanţii Ambasadei din Belarus. N-au lipsit nici măştile de Crăciun, cerbii şi zînele, dar şi bradul frumos împodobit.
Avem posibilitatea să ajutăm persoanele nevoiaşe, susţine Maria Moser, soţia Ambasadorului SUA în Moldova, şiacest lucru este extraordinar pentru că vizitatorii, prin contribuţiile lor, au posibilitatea să-şi manifeste solidaritatea faţă de copiii care au nevoie de ajutor, a declarat Ana Maria Luft.
Ca în fiecare an, cu lucruri deosebite au participat la Tîrgul caritabil şi reprezentanții Centrului de Caritate pentru Refugiați (CCR). Dl Djavid Paknehad, coordonator de proiecte,ne-a comunicat că Tîrgul este o modalitate foarte bună de a aduna nu doar donații, ci şi zîmbete şi bună dispoziţie pe chipurile celor prezenți, care conferă sărbătorii un statut deprietenie şi împrietenire. Participăm în fiecare an la această manifestație şi oferim cu plăcere banii adunați organizatorilor, care, la rîndul lor, finanțează diferite proiecte de asistență medicală şi socială din Moldova. Aici prezentăm şi realizăm, la preţuri mici, diferite lucruri, obiecte – tablouri pictate frumos de copiii din clase primare, ilustrate şi obiecte din ceramică confecționate de copiii din familiile refugiate în Moldova, bijuterii din oase de elefant aduse din Africa, figurine egiptene, coşuleţe din piele de crocodil, ilustrații pe foi de papirus şi bumbac şi multe altele.
Acest eveniment uneşte comunitățile într-o atmosferă de sărbătoare, unde fiecare poate face un bine şi oferi un zîmbet cald celui apropiat. De menţionat că, în cincisprezece ani de la prima organizare a Tîrgului, au fost adunate circa 200 de mii de dolari.
