On July 26, 2011, the Charity Centre for Refugees in collaboration with the Chisinau Tolerance Club represented by Ms. Kira Kreiderman, Tolerance Club project coordinator, organized a roundtable on Constitution of the Republic of Moldova.
As all the refugees who want to obtain Moldovan citizenship have to pass State language and Constitution examinations, they showed interest in this topic of discussion. Mr. Veaceslav Ţurcan, Director of the Associate Attorney Office "Veaceslav Ţurcan & Co" was invited for the meeting with the refugees, where about 30 refugees and asylum seekers took part. Mr. Ţurcan communicated the refugees about general legal provisions that exist in the Republic of Moldova and focused the attention of all those present on the most essential ones. At the end of the meeting, Mr.Ţurcan answered to some of the questions that several refugees asked.
Another roundtable with Mr. Turcan on discrimination issues was organized at the CCR office on August 1, where about 25 refugees and asylum seekers were present. The meeting was marked by a lively discussion of law violations in the different countries of the world.

La 26 iulie 2011, Centrul de Caritate pentru Refugiaţi,
în colaborare cu Clubul de Toleranţă din Chişinău reprezentat de doamna Kira
Kreiderman, coordonatorul de proiect al clubului, a organizat o masă rotundă
privind Constituţia Republicii Moldova. Intrucât toţi
refugiaţii care doresc să obţină cetăţenia Republicii Moldova trebuie să
treacă examenul limbii de stat şi al Constituţiei, acestea si- au arătat
interesul la acest subiect de discuţie. Dl Veaceslav Ţurcan, Director al
Biroului Procurorului asociat ", Veaceslav Turcan & Co" a fost
invitat pentru întâlnirea cu refugiaţii, unde au fost prezenţi aproximativ 30
de refugiaţi şi solicitanţi de azil. Dl Ţurcan a informat refugiaţii despre
dispoziţiile legale generale care există în Republica Moldova şi a concentrat
atenţia tuturor celor prezenţi asupra celor mai esenţiale. La sfârşitul
reuniunii, Mr.Ţurcan a răspuns la întrebările pe care unii refugiaţii le-au dat.
O altă masă rotundă cu domnul Ţurcan privind problemele
de discriminare a fost organizată la sediul CCR la 1 august, unde aproximativ
25 de refugiaţi şi solicitanţi de azil au fost prezenţi. Reuniunea a fost
marcată de o aprigă discuţie despre încălcarea legii în diferite ţări ale
lumii.
