International family Day at Chisinau

On May the 15th, at the International Family day, the Municipal Directorate for Children's Right Protection organized the a celebration with the generic: "The family creates values, the values create the family", held at the "Ginta Latina"Art and Culture Center. This is the forth edition of the Festival dedicated to the World Family Day.

The guests attending the event, Mr. Cornel Tarus, Head of Family and Child Protection Department, within the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, and Mrs. Svetlana Chifa, the Head of Municipal Direction for Children's Right Protection, addressed greeting words to all the families present in the hall, wishing them happiness and many joy from the loved ones.

The celebration began with a beautiful dance performed by children from "Lollipops" , which, by their smiles directed to the audience have released and heated the atmosphere.

The first ones were applauded the families with many children- up to three children. It is natural to raise a child, but to grow more than three children is a grate and rarely met today phenomenon. 

Then were congratulated families who adopted children, families who took tutorship of one or more children, families having children with disabilities. A beautiful moment of the evening was when up the stage went families with twins or triplets. 

For the first time, the Family Festival was attended by refugee families.

These refugees had to choose between family safety or exile, so they chose their families. They left everything behind- their home country, relatives, traditions, and went there where is more peaceful, they came to Moldova.

The five families, which together with children are 15 persons, came from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iran, Afghanistan and India. In refugees eyes you could see a lot of joy and light. Some of them told us that the Family day means a lot for them, simply because they know how is it like to separate from the loved ones.

 The CCR Project Coordinator, Mr. Djavid Paknehad, said that the next year, at the CCR office, will be organized a Family Celebration just for the refugees, with competitions for children and music recitals performed by refugees families, with different prizes and mentions. Currently, at the CCR there are about 30 families.

On this occasion, both refugee an local families, received gifts, some of them purchased by UNHCR, the others thanks to the generosity of some traders from Chisinau.

Overall, at the Festival were mentioned 73 families, which with the children have a number of 440 persons.

At the ceremony were mentioned several families which received small gifts from the part of organizers for the love they give to their close people and for the example they show to others.

 

Festivalul dedicat Zilei Internaţionale a Familiei la Chişinău

Cu ocazia Zilei Internaţionale a Familiei, Direcţia municipală pentru protecţia copilului, a organizat la 15 mai, Sărbătoarea cu genericul: „ Familia creează valori, valorile creează familia”, desfăşurată la Centrul de Cultură şi Artă „Ginta Latină”. Sărbătoarea se află la cea de-a patra ediţie organizată în cadrul Festivalului Familiei.

Oaspeţii prezenţi la manifestaţie, dl Cornel Ţăruş, Şef Direcţie Protecţia Familiei şi Copilului din cadrul Ministerului Muncii, Protecţiei Sociale şi Familiei, şi dna  Svetlana Chifa, Şef Direcţie Municipală pentru protecţia Drepturilor Copilului, au adresat cuvinte de felicitare tuturor familiilor prezente în sală, dorindu-le fericire, şi multe bucurii de la cei dragi.

Sărbătoarea a început cu un dans frumos interpretat de copiii de la „Lollipops”, care, prin zimbetele lor schiţate către invitaţii din sală, au şi degajat şi încins atmosfera. 

Primele au fost aplaudate familiile cu mulţi copii - de la trei copii în sus. Să creşti un copil este normal, însă să creşti mai mult de trei copii este un lucru mare şi mai rar întîlnit în ziua de astăzi.

Apoi au fost felicitate familiile care au adoptat copii, familiile care au luat tutelă asupra unui sau mai mulţi copii, familiile în care cresc copii cu disabilităţi. Un moment frumos al serii, a fost cînd pe scenă au urcat familiile cu gemeni, tripleţi şi patrupleţi.

În premieră la Festivalul Familiei, au participat şi familiile refugiaţilor.

Aceşti refugiaţi au trebuit să aleagă între siguranţa familie sau drumul pribegiei şi ei au ales familia. Au lăsat în urmă totul - ţara natală, rude, tradiţii şi au mers acolo unde este mai linişte, au venit în Republica Moldova.

Cele cinci familii de refugiaţi, care împreună cu copiii numără 15 persoane, provin din Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iran, Afganista şi India. În ochii refugiaţilor se putea vedea multă lumină şi bucurie. Unii dintre ei ne-au mărturisit că sărbăroarea familiei semnifică foarte mult, din simplu motiv că ştiu ce înseamnă să te desparţi de cei apropiaţi.

Şeful Centrului de Caritate pentru Refugiaţi, dl Djavid Paknehad, a declarat că pentru anul viitor, doar pentru refugiaţi, se va încerca organizarea unei sărbători a familiei chiar în cadrul Centrului, cu concursuri pentru copii şi recitaluri muzicale interpretate chiar de familiile refugiaţilor; cu diferite premii şi menţiuni. În prezent la Centrul de Cazare pentru solicitanţii de azil se află în jur de 30 de familii.

Cu această ocazie, atît refugiaţii cît şi familiile băştinaşe, au primit cadouri, o parte procurate de Reprezentanţa Înaltului Comisariat al ONU pentru Refugiaţi, o alta parte graţie generozităţii unor agenţi economici din mun. Chuşinău.

În total la Festival au fost menţionate 73 de familii, care împreună cu copiii numără 440 de persoane.

În cadrul festivităţii au fost menţionate mai multe familii care au primit şi cîte un mic cadou din partea organizatorilor, pentru dragostea pe care o poartă celor apropiaţi şi pentru exemplul arătat tuturor.
